You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have provided true, accurate, current and complete information (including an accurate address) as prompted by our Business Registration Form/ Vehicle Registration Form by LOOK2VIDEO, that you have the power and authority to enter into and perform under the Terms of Service and that you agree to be bound by the terms and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders. Look2Video provides local United States businesses/vehicle sellers with video submission services (Services) to search engines like Yahoo and Google, and through the top video sharing sites in the country. For that purpose, Look2Video must share submitted business information with the local search providers. By purchasing Services from Look2Video or any of it’s affiliates, you are bound to the following terms of service, as well as the terms of service of the defined local search providers. We reserve the right to modify Look2Video.com services for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other Client and Member or any third party. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes. Look2Video reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting of the updated terms to the website. Look2Video will not share your information with any business other than those who are directly affiliated with Look2Video and the local search providers. You agree to purchase Video Services for a one (1)-year subscription period. You acknowledge that Look2Video will automatically renew your subscription each year and charge the account we have on record for an additional year(s) of service at the end of each subscription period, at the then-current year's rate, unless you contact us at support@look2video.com to cancel Services at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. For our vehicle sellers, it is a one time fee guaranteed until sold.

Businesses that provide adult products, hate materials, illegal products or services, are offensive in content or incorporate images or content that is in any way harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or is inappropriate for minors are not accepted by Look2Video for submission into search engines. Look2Video shall not be considered responsible for acts beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, power outages, earthquakes, or other disasters. You agree to indemnify and hold Look2Video and its other affiliated companies, and their officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Look2Video and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder. Further, Look2Video and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees will not have any liability for any losses arising because the Look2Video Services are not operational or accessible.

Many local search providers syndicate their content to other search providers which is when a video goes viral. Look2Video offers no warranty or guarantee as to how or where the syndication partners use the information posted after Look2Video has fulfilled it’s commitment. Look2Video retains the right to alter (add or remove) local search providers included in this agreement at any time. You grant Look2Video the right to store and alter the provided content prior to submission to the local search providers. You also grant Look2Video a royalty free, world-wide right and license to access, index, cache, and display the provided video content.

You agree to allow Look2Video to act as an agent on your behalf when submitting your video/local search business/vehicle information to the local search providers and online video sites. You acknowledge that providing incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise incorrect information about your business/vehicle and/or its location may result in your listing being rejected by the local search engines. No refund is offered for rejected listings, but you do have the opportunity to correct the information in your listing and to have the information resubmitted. LOOK2VIDEO  agrees to submit your business/vehicle video/local search information to the defined local service providers within two (2) business days of payment. This agreement does not cover reasons beyond the control of Look2Video including, but not limited to, Internet connectivity issues and the accessibility of local search provider systems.

LOOK2VIDEO does not guarantee or warranty that Look2Video provided submissions will be accepted by the local search providers for inclusion in their index or what timeframe is required for listing. Look2Video does not guarantee or warrant how Look2Video provided video/local search submissions would be displayed or ranked by the local search providers. As part of the service Look2Video provides submissions to a number of online video sites and local search providers.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of this Web site shall be filed only in District Court, District of Texas, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

If any parts of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
